Matt Clement

Chief Executive Officer

Matt leads the Jenkins Development Group team with 25 years experience in architecture, construction and real estate development.  Matt is a licensed General Contractor and Architect holding a BS in Finance from American University and MS degrees in Architecture and Real Estate from the University of Florida.  Matt was previously the Director of Development for Boos Development Group, one of the nation's largest single tenant real estate developers.  At Boos Development, Matt managed the development process for tenants including Publix, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Mister Car Wash, Heartland Dental, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Burger King, McDonald's, Jiffy Lube, JP Morgan Chase, and Family Dollar.

The Jenkins Family has been creating residential and commercial communities in Central Florida for over 75 years. Our founder, William S. Jenkins, was an artist, builder and philanthropist who believed in placemaking that included housing, retail, office and the arts. Now run by its third generation, Jenkins Development Group continues our legacy by seeking out new projects and clients that positively impact the community and create value for all stakeholders.
